[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 5074W Nostrum Oil & Gas LP 30 December 2013 \n\nTransaction in Own GDRs\n \n \nAmsterdam, 30 December 2013 - Nostrum Oil & Gas LP (LSE: NOG) (\"Nostrum Oil & Gas\", or the \"Partnership\"), announces that in accordance with the authority granted by its Limited Partners at the Partnership's General Meeting on 28 March 2013, it purchased 9,600 of its Global Depositary Receipts (\"GDRs\") through VTB Capital plc during the period 23 December 2013 through and including 27 December 2013. \n \nThe highest and lowest price paid for the purchased GDRs was US$ 12.32 and US$ 12.15 per GDR, respectively.\n \nThe purchased GDRs will be held in treasury.
