The terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the same meanings as given to them in the Call Notice, as applicable. \nThe Issuer hereby confirms that the Condition to the call set forth in the Call Notice has been satisfied or waived, and the call date for the Notes will be February 17, 2018 (\"Call Date\"). \nThe call price of the Notes is 100.000% of the principal amount of the Notes to be called, plus accrued and unpaid interest from February 14, 2018, to, but not including, the Call Date (the \"Call Price\"). The payment of the Call Price will be made on the same day as the Call Date (or the next day thereafter that is not a Legal Holiday).
