[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n \n \n \n \nLondon, December 22, 2023\n \n \nAnnouncement regarding the proposed delisting of the Company's ordinary shares from the Official List of the Astana International Exchange\nNostrum Oil & Gas PLC (LSE, AIX: NOG) (the \"Company\"), an independent oil and gas company engaging in the production, development and exploration of oil and gas in the pre-Caspian Basin, announces that on December 22, 2023 it submitted an application to the Astana International Exchange Limited (the \"AIX\") for the delisting of the Company's ordinary shares (the \"Shares\") from the AIX Official List (the \"AIX Delisting\").\nIt is expected that the AIX Delisting will become effective after market close on February 21, 2024. The last day of trading of the Shares on the AIX is expected to be January 22, 2024. After the dates hereof, the Shares will no longer be listed and traded on the AIX. Listing on the AIX was required under the then-in-force security market regulations of Kazakhstan in connection with the restructuring of the Company's debt, which completed earlier in 2023.
