If you would like to vote on the resolutions, you may appoint a proxy via\n \n www.signalshares.com\n \n by following the instructions on that website or, if you hold your shares in CREST, via the CREST system. \n \n \n You may request a hard copy form of proxy directly from the Company's Registrar, Link Group, by calling 0371 664 0391. Calls are charged at the standard geographical rate and may vary by provider. If you are outside the United Kingdom, please call +44 (0)371 664 0391. Calls outside the United Kingdom will be charged at the applicable international rate.
