Banca IMI, Citi, Deutsche Bank and VTB Capital acted as Joint Bookrunners.\n \nThe proceeds of the offering will be used, in part, to pay the call price of the outstanding Eurobonds issued by its subsidiary, Zhaikmunai LLP, due 2019, to pay certain fees and expenses in connection with the refinancing, and for general corporate purposes.
