A USD-denominated 144A/Reg S Eurobond offering with 7 year maturity will follow, subject to market conditions. The proceeds of any such issue may be used to refinance the outstanding Eurobonds due 2019 issued by its subsidiary, Zhaikmunai LLP (following the call notice of 18 January 2018), and for general corporate purposes.
