('Zhaikmunai' or the 'Partnership'),\nthe holding entity of an independent oil and gas enterprise operating in\nNorthwestern Kazakhstan, today announces an offering of global depositary\nreceipts ('GDRs') at a price of US$10 per GDR and the commencement of\nconditional dealings on the London Stock Exchange. This follows the successful\ncompletion of bookbuilding among institutional investors and the granting of the\nnecessary waivers and approvals from Khazakstan's Ministry of Energy & Mineral\nResources and KazMunaiGaz National Company.\n\n\nThe offer takes the form of a primary offering of GDRs representing\napproximately 9.1 per cent of the enlarged equity of the business. The GDRs have\nbeen admitted to listing on the Official List of the UK Financial Services\nAuthority and admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange under the symbol\n'ZKM'.\n\n\nHighlights of the Offering:\n\n • Price of US$10 per GDR, corresponding to an offer size of US$100m\n\n • Offer of 10 million GDRs representing 9.1 per cent of the enlarged equity\n of Zhaikmunai L.P.\n\n • Offer to value enlarged equity of Zhaikmuna...
