(\"\n \n Empower\n \n Hamilton\n \n\n \"), has signed a non-binding letter of intent (the \"\n \n LOI\n \n \") with YORK1 Environmental Waste Solutions Ltd. as general partner for and on behalf of York1 Environmental Waste Solutions, LP (\"\n \n YORK1\n \n \"), related to the formation of a strategic alliance for the supply of waste roofing shingles and for co-location of complimentary facilities at the Company's planned facility in southwestern\n \n Ontario\n \n (the \"\n \n Empower Hamilton Facility\n \n \").\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n The LOI expires on\n \n December 31, 2025\n \n . The parties anticipate entering into a definitive agreement by\n \n June 30, 2025\n \n .
