(\"GLPM\"), a subsidiary of the Hamilton-Oshawa Port Authority (\"HOPA\"), for a long-term lease for an industrial zoned property located in\n \n Hamilton, Ontario\n \n (the \"Property\") as the site for the Company's planned facility in southwestern\n \n Ontario\n \n (the \"Empower Hamilton Facility\").\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n The LOI is for an initial term of 15 years, with three extension options of five years each.
