Neenah Paper, Inc. Declares Quarterly Dividend

ALPHARETTA, Ga., April 26 /CNW/ -- Neenah Paper, Inc.
(NYSE: NP) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly
cash dividend of $0.10 per share on its common stock. The dividend is payable
on June 2, 2005 to stockholders of record as of close of business on May 6,
2005.
