(TSX-V: NCX) (“Northisle” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that all the proposed resolutions at its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on Wednesday, June 22, 2022 were duly passed, including the election of Keena Hicken-Gaberria as a Director of the Company. Ms. Hicken-Gaberria was subsequently appointed Chair of the Company’s Audit Committee, and has been appointed to the Company’s Compensation, Governance and Nominations Committee. The Company wishes to thank Larry Yau for his years of service to the Company as a Director.
