[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\nWINNIPEG, Feb. 15 /CNW/ - MPVC Inc. (TSX-V: MPI) announced today that its\nwholly-owned subsidiary, One Contact (Canada) Inc. (\"OCI\"), has entered into a\na Master Services Agreement (the \"MSA\") with Yak Communications (Canada) Corp.\n(\"Yak\"), a subsidiary of Globalive Communications Corp.\n\n\nThe term of the MSA is five years. OCI has taken over operational\nresponsibility for call centre services for Yak as of December 1, 2006\nincluding Yak's residential and business long distance customer care,\ntechnical support, provisioning and billing support (the \"Yak Services\").\n\n\nOCI began providing and invoicing Yak for the Yak Services on December 1,\n2006, and it is management's belief that OCI revenue from Yak is expected to\nreach up to $1.4 Million CDN annually in each of the five years, although this\nestimate is subject to adjustment based on workload and volume.\n\n\nOCI has concluded the hiring of key personnel from Yak and the transition\nof the Yak Services is now complete.\n\n\nFurther, and outside the scope of the current MSA, OCI has launched a\npilot project of outbound customer acquisition programs on behalf of Yak.\nCustomer conversions are growing at a healthy rate, and over the next 90 days\nmanagement of OCI expects that OCI and Yak will enter into a longer term\ncustomer acquisition agreement, as a statement of services, under the terms of\nthis MSA, although there can be no assurances that this will occur.\n\n\n\"The team at OCI has demonstrated a capability and nimbleness second to\nfew organizations that we deal with today.
