(the \"Corporation\") (TSXV: MPI)\nannounced today that it intends to conduct a non-brokered private placement\n(the \"Offering\") of up to 1,250,000 units (\"Units\") at a price of $0.40 per\nUnit for gross proceeds to the Corporation of $500,000. Each Unit will be\ncomprised of one common share (a \"Share\") of the Corporation and one-quarter\nof one Share purchase warrant (each whole Share purchase warrant, a\n\"Warrant\"). Each Warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one Share\nat a price of $0.50 per Share at any time within two years from the date of\nissue. The TSX Venture Exchange has conditionally approved the Offering.\n\n\nThe proceeds of the Offering will be used for the Corporation's working\ncapital and to identify further call center assets and businesses for\nacquisition.\n\n\nThe Shares and Warrants (and the Shares issued upon exercise of the\nWarrants) will be subject to a hold period of four months and one day from the\ndate of the issue of the Units in accordance with applicable securities laws\nand the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange Inc.\n\n\nThe TSX Venture Exchange does not accept responsibility for the adequacy\n\n\nor accuracy of this release.\n\n\n","length":1290,"tagName":"div"}]
