Thomas, CFA will join NTAM as co-head of the newly formed Wealth Client Group.\n\n\nIn this newly created role, Thomas will provide dedicated leadership to serving Northern Trust Wealth Management clients and strengthening NTAM’s presence in the intermediary wealth management industry. Thomas will report to Northern Trust Asset Management President Daniel Gamba.\n\n\n“Northern Trust is uniquely well-positioned within the wealth management, family office and intermediary markets,” Gamba said. “Northern Trust manages more than $350 billion for private wealth clients across individual securities, SMAs, mutual funds and ETFs, and Northern Trust has delivered value to these clients for more than 130 years. We are excited to bring additional focus to private wealth clients from an asset management perspective, including the addition of Sunitha’s strong investment capabilities and deep experience delivering innovative solutions to clients.”\n\n\nSunitha joined Northern Trust more than 20 years ago, spending 15 years in Wealth Management as a Regional Senior Investment Officer in the Central Region, and National Portfolio Advisor, and five years in NTAM as a fundamental equity researcher. Prior to that, she spent six years in investment management roles at Putnam Investments and Fidelity Investments.
