[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 3597Y Northern Bear Plc 05 December 2017 \n\n4 December 2017\n \nNorthern Bear PLC\n(\"Northern Bear\" or the \"Company\")\nExercise of Options and Director's Dealing\nNorthern Bear announces that it yesterday received notice of the exercise of options over, in aggregate, 70,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\") at an exercise price of 28.5 pence per Ordinary Share (the \"Option Shares\"). The Company has transferred 70,000 Ordinary Shares out of treasury to satisfy the issue of the Option Shares. \nIn addition, the Company was notified yesterday that Ian McLean, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 79.0 pence per Ordinary Share on 4 December 2017 (the \"Transaction\"). Following the Transaction, Mr. McLean is interested in 150,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.81 cent. of the share capital of the Company following the issue of the Option Shares.\nFollowing the issue of the Option Shares, the Company's total issued share capital will consist of 18,476,722 Ordinary Shares with voting rights; in addition, the Company will hold 404,540 Ordinary Shares in treasury.
