[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n14 June 2023\n \nNorthcoders Group PLC\n('Northcoders' or the 'Company')\n \nGrant of Options\n \nNorthcoders (AIM:CODE), an independent provider of training programmes for software coding, announces that it has today granted options over, in aggregated 150,000 Ordinary shares of a penny each in the capital of the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\") under the Company's EMI Share option plan, at an exercise price of 248 pence.
