(\"Northcliff\" or the \"Company\") (TSX: NCF) is\n pleased to announce it has signed a Process Agreement (the \"Agreement\")\n with the Woodstock First Nation for the Sisson Tungsten-Molybdenum\n Project located in central New Brunswick. The Agreement provides a\n framework for Northcliff and the Woodstock First Nation to negotiate a\n Cooperation Agreement and to work together on community consultation\n efforts.\n\n\nWoodstock First Nation Chief Len Tomah, Jr. said, \"This is a first and\n important step for the Woodstock First Nation to take with the Company\n in assessing whether the proposed Sisson Project can provide\n sustainable opportunities for our community. There is a great deal that\n our membership needs to learn about with respect to both the potential\n impacts and benefits of this Project, and through this Process\n Agreement, we hope to become better informed about the Sisson Project.\"\n\n\nNorthcliff President & CEO Chris Zahovskis said, \"I would like to thank\n the Woodstock First Nation for their willingness to explore\n opportunities with us related to the development of the Sisson Project.\n We believe the proposed project has the potential to create long term\n benefits for New Brunswick First Nations and this agreement is a step\n in that direction. We have also\n agreed to implement a process to negotiate a long term Cooperation\n Agreement with the Woodstock First Nation.
