Change to Board of Directors

Northamber PLC 10 August 2000 Northamber plc Northamber plc are pleased to announce the appointment of David J. Ives as Finance Director with immediate effect. David (44) is a Chartered Accountant with over ten years experience within the IT distribution sector in both financial and commercial management roles, following on from his previous experience in quoted retail and marketing services sectors as Finance Director. Chairman and Chief Executive David Phillips commented on the appointment: 'David has now been with the Company for ten months and we are all pleased to welcome him onto the executive board. We believe his background and experience within this and other sectors will enable him to ensure that Northamber continues to deliver its focus on profitable revenue.'
