Finore has an option to earn 100% of the Project through the acquisition of Nortec Minerals Oy (\"NorMinOy\"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nortec. \n\n \n \nThe Technical Report, entitled \"A Technical Report on the Lantinen Koillismaa Project, Finland For Finore Mining Inc.\", was prepared by Mining Plus Canada Consulting Ltd.
