The\nCottonwood Property is located approximately 372 kilometres (230\nmiles) by road southeast of Salt Lake City, Utah and is situated in\nthe Cottonwood Wash-Trachyte uranium-vanadium district, Henry\nMountains Basin.\n \n \n \n \n The Phase 1 exploration budget will be approximately\nUS$100,000 and includes but not limited to:\n \n \n \n \n \n \n - Compiling available historical and published\nscientific data on the documented mineral occurrences and the\nunderground workings;\n \n \n \n \n - Detailed geological mapping with emphasis on\nstratigraphy;\n \n \n \n \n - Radiometric survey including channel sampling of\nmineral occurrences and anomalous areas;\n \n \n \n \n - Stratigraphic analysis and interpretation to\ndetermine trends of mineralized channels;\n \n \n \n \n - Track Etch orientation survey to locate any hidden\nzones;\n \n \n \n \n - Project management;\n \n \n \n \n - Permitting for shallow diamond drilling of potential\ntargets; and\n \n \n \n \n - Completing a National Instrument 43-101 (\"NI\n43-101\") compliant Technical Report in respect of the Cottonwood\nProperty.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n The Company's management and its board of directors\nbelieve that this cost-efficient Phase 1 program will facilitate the\ndelineation of targets for diamond drilling.\n \n \n \n \n Please refer to the Company's September 15, 2020 press\nrelease in respect of the detailed geology, historical and published\ntechnical data and on-going exploration being carried out by other\ncompanies in Southeast Utah.\n \n \n \n \n Mohan R.
