Mr. Reynolds\nreplaces the outgoing CFO, Mr. Tony Ricci, as a consequence of the relocation\nof the Company's corporate head office from Vancouver to Toronto.\n\n\nMr. Reynolds previously served as Senior Vice President, CFO and\nSecretary of SouthernEra Diamonds Inc. He has 19 years of mineral industry and\npublic accounting experience, with SouthernEra, TVX Gold Inc., Inmet Mining\nCorporation and Price Waterhouse (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers). Mr. Reynolds\nbecame a Certified General Accountant in 1994 and received a B.A. (Economics)\nfrom McGill University in 1987. Mr. Reynolds is also a director of Arizona\nStar Resource Corp.\n\n\nAbout Norsemont Mining\n\n\nNorsemont Mining is a Canadian exploration company working in the\nAmericas, with a focus on Peru.
