The Pampacancha anomaly\nhas been discovered approximately three kilometres south-east of the\nConstancia - San Jose deposit, which is currently the focus of a definitive\nfeasibility study.\n\n\nOn October 10 the Company reported the discovery of highly anomalous\nstream sediment and rock chip samples together with a number of geophysical\nanomalies over a 27 square kilometre area at Pampacancha. The area tested in\nthis reconnaissance drilling program represents approximately 4 square\nkilometres.\n\n\nThe Pampacancha prospect area is comprised of scattered outcrops of\nlimestone intruded by dioritic and lesser monzonite intrusives where both\nmagnetite and garnet skarns are developed near their contacts. Outcropping\ncopper oxides in skarn bodies highlight the potential for significant copper\nmineralisation. Additionally, high-grade gold and silver mineralization\nassociated with veins, shear zones and limestone replacements occur in an area\nof about 6 square kilometres. The longest structure can be projected up to one\nkilometre in length. Gold and silver returned values as high as 39 grams per\ntonne gold and 38 ounces per tonne silver.\n\n\nAt Pampacancha, the drill holes reported in the Table 1 below have\ndefined a high grade skarn and porphyry exploration target with preliminary\ndimensions of approximately 1,000 by 400 metres. Holes PR-08-010 and PR-08-011\nwere drilled from the same platform approximately 420 metres from holes\nPR-08-08 and PR-08-012. The results indicate that there are at least two zones\nof skarn mineralisation over this 1,000 metre strike length that requires\nfollow-up drilling.\n\n\nTable 1\n\n-------------------------------------------------------------------------\n Cut-off\n HOLE Bear- Inclin- In- % Mo Ag Au Cu\n NUMBER ing ation terval Start End Cu Cu % ppm ppm ppb Eq\n-----------------------------------------------------------...
