Alan will also Chair the Remuneration Committee, the Audit Committee and the AIM Compliance Committee.\n \n Alan, 74, has extensive senior executive experience in a range of national and international organisations in both the public and private sector. At Ernst & Young he was one of the founding partners of the UK Management Consulting practice. For the last 15 years, he has managed a portfolio of non-executive appointments, as Chairman of both public and private companies primarily in the UK and US Technology and Health sectors.
