The shareholder\ncircular sets out details of a proposed resolution which, if passed, would\ngrant power to the Directors to allot equity securities (as defined by Section\n560 of the Companies Act 2006) for cash up to a maximum aggregate nominal\namount of £3,860, representing 5 per cent. of the Company's issued share\ncapital.
