A\nprocess to find his replacement is underway and Ben will oversee the full year\naudit process. The Company expects to announce its full year results in April\n2014.\n\nNorman Broadbent is pleased to announce the appointment of Justin Whitehouse as\nHead of the Arcus Global Partners interim management practice with immediate\neffect. Justin is joining Arcus Global Partners (\"Arcus\"), the Company's wholly\nowned subsidiary specialising in contingent search, executive RPO and interim\nmanagement, from Green Park Interim & Executive Search.
