[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n 31 July 2014\n\n Norman Broadbent plc \n\n (\"Norman Broadbent\" or \"the Group\" or \"the Company\") \n\n Completion of Brand Consolidation \n\nFurther to the announcement of the Company's final results on 28 May 2014, the\nCompany announces that the sale of its 20 per cent. holding in Norman Broadbent\nSpain completed as anticipated on 30 July 2014. This coincided with the\ntermination of the licence agreement to use the brand Norman Broadbent.
