He will be joining the Board with immediate effect.\nWilliam, 46, replaces James Webber who, as announced on 22 August 2017, has decided to pursue other business interests. James has agreed to remain with the Company until the end of October to work closely with William to ensure a smooth transition.\nWilliam, who has extensive experience in finance, recruitment and financial leadership has worked in Corporate, Private and PE organisations including a number of senior international roles.\nWilliam qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1997 after graduating from the University of Waikato with a Bachelor of Management Studies. He spent 7 years at Ernst & Young LLP (Auckland and London) before moving to industry becoming Financial Controller at Reed in Partnership Plc.\nWilliam subsequently worked in senior finance positions in MPS Group International, HB Healthcare Group, Sharp Electronics UK Limited, Hudson Global Resources Limited and Proco Global Limited. William has also worked extensively as an interim consultant.\nCommenting on William's appointment, Group CEO Mike Brennan said: \n\"On behalf of the Board and everyone within Norman Broadbent, I'm delighted to welcome William to Norman Broadbent at such an exciting point in our journey.
