The Company\nannounces that as of today, the Annual Filings have been filed.\n \n\n\n\n Subsequent to the Annual Filings the Company is also\nrequired to file its Q1 interim financial statements in respect of its\n3-month period ended March 31, 2025, its management discussion and\nanalysis relating to its 3-month period, and the CEO and CFO\ncertifications (collectively, the \"Interim Filings.\")\n \n\n\n\n The MCTO will stay in effect until the Interim Filings\nare filed and the Company intends to satisfy the provisions of the\nalternative information guidelines in accordance with National Policy\n12-203 - Management Cease Trade Orders (\"NP 12-203\") by\nissuing bi-weekly default status reports in the form of news releases\nuntil the situation is satisfactorily rectified.
