(“Coniagas”)\nhas obtained conditional listing from the TSX Venture Exchange in\nconnection with the previously-announced “spin-out” by the Company\nof shares and warrants of Coniagas to the shareholders of the Company\nby way of plan of arrangement under the\n \n \n Canada Business Corporations\nAct\n \n \n .
