[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 7190W Norcros PLC 16 November 2017 \n\nNorcros plc (\"Norcros\")\n \n16 November 2017\n \nPublication of supplementary prospectus\n \nOn 2 November 2017, Norcros sent to Norcros shareholders a prospectus in relation to the proposed acquisition of Merlyn Industries Limited and associated firm placing and placing and open offer and notice of general meeting (the \"Prospectus\").\n \nThe Company now announces that a supplementary prospectus (the \"Supplementary Prospectus\") is being posted today to Norcros shareholders. The purpose of the Supplementary Prospectus is to provide an update regarding certain financial information in the Prospectus following the publication on 16 November 2017 by Norcros of its interim results for the 6 month period ended 30 September 2017.\n \nThe Supplementary Prospectus will be made available on Norcros' website www.norcros.com and will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, where it will be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
