Further details regarding the Acquisition can be found in the Circular.\n \n \n \n \n \n The Acquisition is conditional upon, amongst other things, the approval of the Company's shareholders. Accordingly, the Circular contains a notice convening a general meeting of the Company (the \"General Meeting\"), which is to be held at 10:00am on 30 May 2022 at the offices of Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP, Two New Bailey, 6 Stanley Street, Manchester, M3 5GX, at which an ordinary resolution to approve the Acquisition will be proposed.\n \n \n \n \n \n Copies of the Circular and Form of Proxy will be posted to the Company's shareholders today.
