[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 9952N Norcros PLC 22 June 2010 \n \n\n \n \n \nNorcros plc\n(\"Norcros\" or the \"Group\")\n \n \nManagement succession: appointment of Group Chief Executive-designate\nNorcros announces that, in anticipation of the retirement of Joe Matthews, who has been Group Chief Executive since April 1996, the Board announces the following changes:\nJoe Matthews will step down as Group Chief Executive on 31 March 2011 and from the Board at the Annual General Meeting in July 2011. \nNick Kelsall, currently Group Finance Director, is appointed Group Chief Executive-designate with effect from 1 July 2010 and it is intended that he will succeed Joe Matthews as Group Chief Executive with effect from 1 April 2011.\nThe Board will now undertake a search for a new Group Finance Director and a further announcement will be made in due course.\nJohn Brown, Chairman of Norcros, commented:\n\"The Board undertook a thorough process of evaluating both internal and external candidates, and we are delighted to announce Nick as the Group Chief Executive-designate.
