The following amends have been made:\n \nThe date 12 November has replaced \"yesterday\" in regard to the Norcros announcement in the first paragraph.\n\nThe date 13 November has been inserted in reference to the prospectus announcement date in the first and second paragraph.\n\n\nNorcros plc\n(\"Norcros\" or \"the Company\")\n\nPUBLICATION OF PROSPECTUS\n\nFurther to the announcement by Norcros plc on 12 November in relation to a Capital Raising to raise gross proceeds of approximately £30 million, Norcros plc announces that a prospectus dated 13 November (the \"Prospectus\") relating to the proposed Firm Placing of 285,766,932 New Ordinary Shares at 7 pence per New Ordinary Share and Placing and Open Offer of 142,804,496 New Ordinary Shares at 7 pence per New Ordinary Share, which includes a notice convening a general meeting, has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS. \n\nCopies of the Prospectus were posted on 13 November to Shareholders and will also be available shortly on the Group's website (www.norcros.com).
