Joe Matthews will remain on the Board until the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting in July 2011.\nMartin Payne has most recently held senior financial positions at JCB, the construction equipment manufacturer, and previously at IMI plc, the FTSE-100 engineering company. Earlier in his career he spent six years as Finance Director of H&R Johnson Tiles Ltd., a subsidiary of Norcros. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and has an economics degree from Durham University. \nCommenting on the appointment, John Brown, Chairman, said:\n\"We are delighted to welcome Martin as Group Finance Director.
