The Company confirms that there are now no outstanding warrants under this instrument.\nThe Ordinary Shares will be issued fully paid and rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company. It is expected that the Ordinary Shares will be admitted to the Official List on 23 June 2017.\nFollowing the issue of the Ordinary Shares the Company's Total Voting Rights will be 61,630,696.
