(TSX-V: NRM) (“Noram” or the “Company”) today announced that it was approved by the TSX Venture Exchange to extend the term of an aggregate of 1,143,333 warrants previously issued.  \n\n \n\nThe warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement which closed on December 13, 2013 and are exercisable at the price of $0.25.\n\n \n\nThe warrants had an expiry date of December 13, 2015 and will be extended for a period of one additional year so that they will now expire on December 13, 2016.
