(NRM - TSX Venture), (\"Noram\" or the \"Company\") is pleased to report that it has retained FronTier Consulting Ltd., part of the FronTier Merchant Capital Group, (\"FronTier\") to assist Noram in building market awareness in the North American investment community. \n\nFronTier is a Toronto-based investor relations firm founded by chief executive officer Ari Todd in 2006. FronTier will introduce Noram to its extensive network of investors and contacts at capital firms and investment funds in 20 cities across Canada and the United States. They will also assist in the dissemination of Noram's news and information through various communications and financial market outlets.\n\nThe initial term of the renewable contract is for 12 months and FronTier will receive a total fee during the initial term of $60,000. Frontier will also be granted 200,000 incentive stock options exercisable at a price of $0.20 per share for a period of one year. Such options will vest in four equal quarterly tranches over a period of 12 months from the date of grant. FronTier and its principals currently hold 600,000 shares and 400,000 warrants of Noram.
