Noram would like to amend this information as follows:The Company has granted a combined total of 6,000,000 deferred share units (the \"DSUs\") and restricted share units (the \"RSUs\") to directors, officers and consultants of the Company. The DSUs and RSUs vest one year from the date of grant, subject to certain exceptions, and each DSU entitles the holder to receive one common share of the Company at the time the holder ceases to be a director of the Company.
