This all relates to the White House announcing immediate\nmeasures to be introduced to significantly increase the US production\nof lithium, nickel, copper, and rare earths, with an eye to increased\nproduction, the creation of jobs and, significantly, the reduction of\nUS reliance on foreign nations.\n \n\n\n\n “Homeland Nickel Provides\nExploration and Corporate Update\n \n\n\n\n Toronto, Ontario – April 07, 2025\n– Homeland Nickel Inc.\n \n (“\n \n Homeland Nickel\n \n ” or the “\n \n Company\n \n ”) (TSX-V: SHL, OTC: SRCGF) is pleased to provide an\nexploration update on its 30% owned Great Burnt Copper and South Pond\nGold Properties that are in joint venture with Benton Resources Inc.\n(“Benton”) as well as its majority-owned nickel properties located\nin Southern Oregon.\n \n\n\n Great Burnt Copper, Newfoundland\n \n\n\n Benton continues to intersect high-grade copper within the Great Burnt\nMain Zone and has discovered a second parallel zone (the Footwall\nZone) reporting higher grades of gold. For example, hole GB-24-49\nintersected 22.0 metres of 7.47% copper (Cu) at 220 metres (m)\ndownhole within the Main Zone and 9.5 m of 0.35% Cu and 0.94 g/t gold\n(Au) starting at 425 m downhole within the Footwall Zone. Significant\nintersections from the 2023-2024 exploration programs by Benton into\nthe Great Burnt Main Zone are summarized in Table 1. Based on a long\nsection (Figure 1) the Main Zone has been extended along strike by 400\nm and remains open down plunge to the south.
