[{"type":"text","content":"Noble Proceeds with Agreement to Consolidate Project 81 Nickel Targets into Canada Nickel Company for 3.5 Million Shares\n \n \n (TheNewswire)\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Toronto, Ontario -\n \n \n TheNewswire -\n \n \n November 16,\n \n \n 2021 -\n \n \n Noble Mineral Exploration Inc.\n(\n \n \n “\n \n \n Noble\n \n \n ” or the “Company”\n \n \n )\n \n \n (TSXV:NOB\n \n \n )\n(\n \n \n FRANKFURT:NB7\n \n \n )\n \n \n (\n \n \n OTC:NLPXF) is pleased to\nannounce that it has signed a\n \n \n purchase and sale\nagreement\n \n \n for the previously announced\ntransaction to sell\n \n \n properties from its Project\n81\n \n \n to Canada Nickel Company Inc.\n(“\n \n \n Canada Nickel\n \n \n ”).  Pursuant to the agreement,\n \n \n approximately\n \n \n 1,\n \n \n 23\n \n \n 1\n \n \n patented\nproperties and single cell mining claims (the\n \n \n “Properties”\n \n \n ) in\nCrawford, Lucas, Nesbitt, Aubin, Mahaffy, Kingsmill, Mabee,\n \n \n MacDiarmid,\n \n \n Dargavel\n \n \n and\n \n \n Bradburn Townships.  This transaction was previously announced by\nNoble in a news release on April 22, 2021.  The Properties are all\nwithin Noble’s Project 81.\n \n \n \n \n The transaction has received conditional approval from\nthe TSX Venture Exchange (the “\n \n \n TSXV\n \n \n ”\n \n \n ), with completion being subject to final\n \n \n approval\n \n \n of the TSXV.\n \n \n \n \n As previously announced, the transaction is designed to\nconsolidate all of the key nickel targets within Noble’s Project 81\nland package such that they will be held by Canada Nickel, while\nallowing Noble to focus its exploration activities on gold/VMS targets\nin other areas of Project 81, as well as on other properties held by\nNoble.\n \n \n \n \n The principal terms of the transaction are as\nfollows:\n \n \n \n \n \n \n - Noble will transfer ownership and title to the\nProperties to Canada Nickel.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n - The\n \n \n Properties\n \n \n are organized\n \n \n in\n \n \n seven\n \n \n areas\n \n \n (the\n“\n \n \n Property Areas\n \n \n ”).\n \n \n Noble will hold a 2% net\nsmelter returns royalty on\n \n \n approximately 720\nclaims in Mahaffy, MacDiarmid and Bradburn Townships.  Those claims\nare located in three of the P...
