Noble is acquiring 39\nmining claims from IEP\n \n \n .\n \n \n \n \n NOB and IEP are also establishing a Strategic Alliance\nto evaluate the extensive land package held by IEP that is nearby and\ncommonly contiguous to Noble’s Project 81. Noble and IEP will form a\nlarge contiguous land position near Timmins, Ontario\n \n \n .\n \n \n \n \n The Claims cover volcanic rocks of the Kidd Munro\nassemblage that have been periodically intruded by Ni-Cu bearing mafic\nto ultramafic intrusions. This assemblage hosts the world’s largest\nVMS deposit in Kidd Creek approximately 20 km to the east and Ni-Cu\ndeposits such as Enid Creek in Loveland Twp., and the Crawford\nNi-Co-Pd deposit in Crawford Twp. The area is thus highly prospective\nfor Ni-Cu, Ni-Co+/-Pd, Gold and VMS deposits.
