TORONTO, Jan. 09, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Nobel Resources Corp. (TSX–V: NBLC; OTCQB: NBTRF) (the “Company” or “Nobel”) announces a non-brokered private placement financing of 4,166,667 units (each a “Unit”) at $0.06 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $250,000 (the “Offering”). Each Unit shall consist of one common share of the Company (each, a “Share”) and one-half of one common share purchase warrant (each whole warrant, a “Warrant”). Each Warrant shall entitle the holder to purchase one Share at a price of $0.075 for a period of 24 months. The net proceeds of the Offering will be used by the Company to continue the exploration work on its Chilean mineral properties as well as general corporate and working capital purposes. The Offering is expected to close on or before January 29, 2026 and is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
