San Diego, Ca.- June 30th, 2015 - No Borders, Inc. (OTC - NBDR), announces the completion of a Capital Stock Exchange Agreement with Action Sports Media, Inc., a boutique sports marketing agency. All business of NBDR will now be that of Action Sports Media going forward.

Action Sports Media, INC. is the parent company of Tyme Agency which is a boutique sports marketing agency offering customized consulting packages tailored to fit any brand, team or athlete. Built on sixteen years of sales, marketing and consulting experience, Tyme specializes in Athlete/Team representation, Sales & Marketing consulting and Social Media strategy & execution.

The Company plans to complete a name change in the near future to better reflect the business of the Company.
