(OTC: NNRI) (“NNRF\"), announced today that Tomi Holden, CEO of NNRF, will be travelling to Australia this Sunday to begin a 10-day due diligence trip to more closely examine the Zeolite Australia Pty Ltd (“Zeolite”) operations. NNRF previously announced that it signed a binding letter of intent to acquire a 51% interest in Zeolite and this trip moves NNRF into the final stage of due diligence. During the trip, Ms. Holden will be meeting with attorneys, geologists and Zeolite employees and executives. The trip will allow NNRF to have a “boots on the ground” look into Zeolite and the mining and sales operations. Ms. Holden will also be meeting with professors at Western Sydney University and Queensland University of Technology to discuss some of the Research and Development projects that Zeolite has undertaken and proposals for new projects. During the trip Ms. Holden will visit the mining sites located in Werris Creek, near Tamworth, NSW and Avoca near Emerald, Queensland, as well as visit the Zeolite offices in Armidale.“This acquisition is a critical first step in NNRF’s move into the direction of being a holding company in the sustainable green economy.
