We are pleased to inform the shareholders of Nishat Chunian Power Limited ("the Company") that the Interim Cash Dividend of the Company @ I 5% i.e. Rs.1.50 (Rupees One and Paisas Fifty Only) per share for the period ended March 31, 2026 approved by the Board ofDirectors of the Company in their Meeting held on April 28, 2026 has been credited on May 19, 2026 through electronic mode directly into the designated bank accounts of the Shareholders who have submitted and provided their valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) and International Bank Account Number (IBAN) with complete bank details.

The dividend of the shareholders who have not so far provided their valid CNIC and/or Bank account details including IBAN or whose Bank account details are incorrect/incomplete has been withheld therefore requested to contact the Company's Share Registrar M/s.
