In accordance with the requirements of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, NIOX Group plc (the "Company") (AIM: NIOX) confirms that the Company's issued share capital as of 27 February 2026 of 417,939,265 Ordinary Shares in issue, each carrying one voting right. No shares are held in treasury.

Since the last total voting rights disclosure, certain employees exercised options over a total of           4,937 Ordinary Shares of 0.08p ("Ordinary Shares") under the Company's share option schemes.

Admission of the new Ordinary Shares issued has in each case been satisfied via the block listing for the relevant option scheme and rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.

This number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
