Grant of options
Oxford, UK - 9 April 2026: NIOX Group plc (AIM: NIOX) announces that it has today granted options to certain Executive Directors (the "Options") over a total of 1,563,605 new ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Company's 2026 Performance Share Plan (the "Plan").
The Options are exercisable at nominal value over the same number of Ordinary Shares and will vest on the third anniversary of the date of grant. The Options remain exercisable until the tenth anniversary of the date of grant, subject to the Plan's rules. Vesting of the Options is subject to performance over a three-year period and will be determined by reference to absolute shareholder return and clinical revenue growth.
