Wallace and\nHubert Vallee\n \n \n was elected as director of the\nCorporation by the Shareholders.\n \n \n \n \n The Shareholders approved a special resolution\nauthorizing the Company to apply for a certificate of amendment under\nthe Business Corporations Act (Quebec) the (“Act”) to amend its\narticles of incorporation to change its name from Niocan Inc. to Nio\nStrategic Metals Inc.
