The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Fani for his contribution and commitment to the success of Ninety One. \n \n \n \n \n \n Pursuant to the relationship agreement entered into with Investec Limited and Investec plc, Khumo Shuenyane has been selected to succeed Fani as the representative of Investec on the Board of Ninety One. The Board has agreed to this appointment and is pleased to welcome Khumo on to the Board effective 1 August 2021. The appointment is subject to approval by shareholders at the AGMs.\n \n \n \n \n \n Khumo is a qualified chartered accountant with a background in corporate finance and investment. Khumo has served as an independent non-executive director of Investec Limited and Investec plc since 2014. He also serves on the boards of a number of other companies within the Investec Group, including Investec Bank Limited, Investec Life Limited and Investec Property Fund Limited.
