In accordance with the dual-listed company structure, the AGM will be held in parallel, and will be conducted as a hybrid meeting.\n \nThe record date in order to be eligible to participate in, and vote at, the AGM is Friday, 21 July 2023 and accordingly the last day to trade on the JSE is Tuesday, 18 July 2023.\n \nThe Ninety One Integrated Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2023 and the Notices of the Annual General Meetings have been published today.\n \nThe audited financial statements reported in the Ninety One Integrated Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2023 do not contain any material changes from the results published in the Ninety One full-year 2023 results announcement released on 17 May 2023.
